I used this firm for a pre purchase inspection on a very rare, high end vehicle as im interstate. The wealth of knowledge on the vehicle I received was astounding, considering its rarity. Even down to acknowledging the battery fitted was not specific to the given model (I personally have a grand understanding of cars and build them for a living however didn’t notice this myself even). Road test was accurate, conditions overall were spot on, and yes, I expect the best. They delivered. To top it off, the invoice for their service was below expectations making it supremely affordable and “cheap insurance “ in my eyes. Great team, and very happy INTERSTATE customer �

Professional courteous and refreshing

I'd like to thank Stacey who inspected the car I was considering to purchase. His pre-inspection report and advice greatly assisted me not to buy the vehicle. He literally helped me save $9,000 ! Although the car had a roadworthy certificate, Stacey informed me about multiple flaws including its hand brake not working, accident damage to front bumper, damage to right rear door trim, A/c not working 100% etc. It's my first time to use M1 Safety Certificates for a pre-purchase inspection. I have no hesitance to recommend it to everyone with great confidence.

Initiative and enthusiastic in all their work, they conduct research and seeks counsel of experts to gather information needed in getting the best tailored results for you and your vehicle.

These guys are just so good at what they do, the staff is friendly and competent and they charge reasonable prices. It's a place I can trust and I am usually very iffy about handing over my car to anyone(!). But with M1 I have no concerns and they're available to convenient hours. I think overall, whoever doesn't have the need to go to their dealer repair service any longer, this is the place to go on the Gold Coast. And if the repair may take longer, the street here has a couple cafes for convenience and Harbour Town Shopping Centre is across the road, just a 5 minute walk.
