The service I received today, when I took my car there for a safety check, was amazing. Not only was Mark, courteous,efficient and thorough, he explained what I needed to do to register my car, gave me a stool to sit on while I waited,removed my old plates, AND drove me to the Dept of transport to complete my registration, and picked me up when I was finished, and attached my plates for me. Thank you very much for the report. The mechanic was very generous with his time (30 minutes or so) in providing a verbal feedback to me. As I live in Canberra, getting the report done was the best value for money I have achieved. It saved me un necessary expense in getting to Queensland and pursuing a car that ultimately had far more issues than I had expected. In addition, I consider myself somewhat 'car savvy' but your inspector definitely picked up stuff that I would never have identified. There is no doubt in my mind the inspection was highly detailed and the money well earnt. Thank you again for your support, and should I look at purchasing any more cars in Queensland, I will definitely be seeking an M1 report before I seriously consider a purchase. cheers and thanks a million.

M1 came out to our house to do our RWC for our new 2nd hand vehicle on a Saturday morning was told to get one thing done they were back out on Monday arvo and we had our RWC. Excellent service done in a great timely manner without having to leave the comfort of our home :)

Steve and Mark are professional, clean, affordable and friendly. They fixed an ongoing issue I have had with my Jeep (gearbox) just by ensuring the correct oil was used (other mechanics used wrong oil in gearbox leading to a clunky box. Accepted as thought is was a "Jeep" thing and put up with it - they fixed it). They appear to cover all aspects of vehicle maintenance and now even look after my wife's car, which Mark actually found for us, and many of my own clients use them! I can't praise they guys enough! Thanks boys!

Well I think my feedback will be more like a book.:) I first spoke with Lisa over the phone after buying a vehicle for a third party . I ended up calling Lisa after hours rather upset and concerned about the vehicle. She spoke to me for half an hour. She promised to send one of her inspectors around the next morning. She more than fixed my car concerns she put my mind at peace. I got off the phone knowing they cared about people in general. What a lovely lady. Tim came and what a wonderful and experienced chap he is. What I can’t get over is finding a company that are so darn genuine as well as professional on the Gold Coast! I highly recommend MI SAFETY CERTIFICATES . If your buying a car don’t risk it by not having a pre inspection by this company.

These guys are just so good at what they do, the staff is friendly and competent and they charge reasonable prices. It's a place I can trust and I am usually very iffy about handing over my car to anyone(!). But with M1 I have no concerns and they're available to convenient hours. I think overall, whoever doesn't have the need to go to their dealer repair service any longer, this is the place to go on the Gold Coast. And if the repair may take longer, the street here has a couple cafes for convenience and Harbour Town Shopping Centre is across the road, just a 5 minute walk.

Very professional and thorough (Stacey Robinson was our mechanic)- and they can issue online safety certificates, no waiting at Main Roads Department, which is a bonus. Great value for money considering the time I DID NOT have to take off from work to get this done. Highly recommend.

So I've been taking my car there Peugeot 206 gti , for upgrades and list as follows -exedy clutch replaced and fitted ,machined flywheel,slotted brakes fitted and new pads supplied , bleeding of the brakes , braided brake lines fitted , service here and there , butch of other stuff too . the team here are VERY professional and very friendly , know a lot about very wide range of cars . I have never had any problems with m1 and only had excellent service , in my opinion I should be getting a discount on how many of my cars I've brought to Steven and the crew ;-) . If your reading this and trying to find a good mechanic to do what ever it is with your car then look no more because m1 will not disappoint you . Thanks m1 team for your help that I've asked from you and I'll keep coming back . :-)
